After spending more than 30days in Betty Ford since May, Lindsay Lohan will carry out the rest of her 90-day treatment at the Malibu Rehab center, after transferring there late last week.
Her insistence on attending a rehab where smoking was allowed was one of the sticking factors that caused such trouble when Lohan was settling on a clinic to attend.
The move has been approved by the judge, the prosecutors, and Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Holley.
It was allegedly agreed that the 26-year-old should spend the remainder of her court ordered rehab at Cliffside as the Betty Ford Center is better suited to a 30 day program.
